The Psychological Consultants are in the preferred network for CareFirst/BCBS. We can submit claims on the client’s behalf for any commercial BCBS plan. We are NOT in network with any other insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. For all non-BCBS clients, our services would be considered Out of Network. After each session, we will provide you with a statement for insurance reimbursement to submit for out-of-network benefits through your insurer. Payment is expected at the time of each service. Below is an overview of our fee schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at your earliest opportunity. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours will be subject to a late cancellation fee.
